Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) – B2B Orders

Everything you need to know about lead times, samples, files, and the production process in our studio.

1Can you make it by a specific date / for our corporate event?

We are a craft workshop, not a mass logistics center with unlimited stock. Whether we can make it for your event depends on two factors: the quantity of the order and the availability of the selected clothing model in our stock:

✅ Small, urgent orders (e.g., 5 logo t-shirts in 24h):
If the apparel base and appropriate sizes are currently physically in the workshop, we will do everything to help. Express fulfillment comes with an additional charge of +50% of the order value.
❌ Large orders in 2 days (e.g., 200 items for an event):
We are unable to fulfill such an order within such a short timeframe. The process of bringing textiles from external warehouses and maintaining the technological regime requires adequate time.
💡 Tight deadline? Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email. We will check the stock in the workshop and confirm the real possibilities right away.
2Do you provide a physical sample / trial stitching before full production?

Yes. Depending on the project's specifics and budget, we offer the option of preparing a physical sample before launching the full production run:

  • Base Selection: We jointly determine the optimal apparel (cut, grammage, color scheme, and manufacturer's brand).
  • Sample Production: We produce 1–2 trial pieces with the target branding (computer embroidery or DTF print).
  • Pattern Approval: You receive the finished sample for physical verification, ensuring 100% certainty regarding material quality, colors, and branding precision before the entire order is fulfilled.
3Is the cost of preparing the embroidery program (digitization) a one-time fee?

Yes, the fee for digitizing the design (creating a professional program to control the embroidery machine) is charged only once.

Your production file is saved in our secure archive — for subsequent orders and re-runs with the same logo, you will not incur any further initial fees.

🧵 Large orders: For larger quantities, the preparation of the embroidery program is done free of charge — this depends on the order size and the complexity of the graphic.
4What if we only have a JPG, not a vector graphic (PDF/AI/SVG)?

No problem at all! We will assist in properly preparing and converting your file.

Send us the materials you have – a JPG, PNG file, or even a reference photo or sketch. We will help transform the graphic into a precise vector format or a high-resolution production file, perfectly suited to the requirements of computer embroidery or DTF printing technology.

We provide full technical support and advice to ensure the final branding effect on the apparel looks exceptional and professional.

5Can we mix different styles, sizes, and colors within one order?

Yes, absolutely. Within a single order, you can freely combine various styles (e.g., men's and women's T-shirts, hoodies, polo shirts), a full range of sizes, and different color variants of apparel.

  • Infographics and visualizations: we will prepare a clear graphic summary presenting the logo placement, color matching, and individual cuts.
  • Material consulting: we will help select appropriate fabrics (organic cotton, ring-spun, blends) and suitable grammages for the apparel's purpose (event, office, technical).
  • Contrast control: we ensure that the branding looks consistent, legible, and aesthetic on every selected background color.
6Can we send our own apparel for branding?

No, we only brand textiles from our offer and do not accept apparel provided by the client.

  • Technological and human factor: both machines and people may encounter unforeseen malfunctions or material defects during the production process.
  • Immediate replacement guarantee: when working with our apparel bases, in case of any defect, we immediately replace the product with a brand new one at our expense. With client-provided apparel, we cannot immediately replace it.
  • Repeatable durability: we precisely know the reaction of our textiles to heat transfer pressure and the tension of the embroidery hoop, ensuring consistent, highest quality.
💡 Looking for a specific style? If you need a particular cut, high grammage, or an unusual color — write to us, and we will select and import suitable apparel from certified European manufacturers.
7Does the clothing have certificates (e.g., OEKO-TEX, GOTS) and is it suitable for industrial washing?

Yes, the vast majority of our offered apparel and decoration components have OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certificates:

  • Apparel Bases: standard textiles come from verified suppliers and are OEKO-TEX certified (many lines also feature GOTS / OCS organic cotton).
  • Computer Embroidery: we work with professional Madeira threads and interlinings, which fully comply with OEKO-TEX Standard 100 norms.
  • DTF Printing: films, inks, and transfer adhesives come from certified suppliers and are safe for the skin (free from harmful chemicals).
🧼 Industrial Washing: if you need clothing for washing at high temperatures (60°C+ for gastronomy or medicine), please inform us — we will select dedicated lines of technical apparel and reinforced threads.
8Do you issue proforma invoices and is deferred payment (e.g., 14 days) possible?

We issue proforma invoices, however, due to the specifics of personalized production, we do not fulfill orders with deferred payment terms (e.g., 14 days after goods delivery).

The standard settlement model in our workshop is as follows:

  • Advance Payment / Prepayment (usually 80%): payable upon order approval based on a proforma invoice. This secures the purchase of textiles from wholesalers and reserves a production slot in the machine schedule.
  • Final Payment (remaining 20%): payable after production completion, before goods shipment or upon personal collection (along with the issuance of the final invoice).

* The percentage proportions of the advance payment can be set individually depending on the specifics and scale of a given order.
