Wholesale & B2B Orders

Wholesale and B2B Order Fulfillment Times

We fulfill wholesale and corporate orders, as well as custom textile collections, offering full technological flexibility, competitive market conditions, and artisanal quality control over every piece.

Artisanal Quality at Wholesale Scale

Workshop Flexibility vs. Mass Production

We can adapt to any inquiry and efficiently execute wholesale production. We offer competitive market conditions, but we do not engage in anonymous, assembly-line production — our strength lies in precision, attention to thread tension, control of heat transfer pressure, and uncompromising quality of execution.

For this reason, fulfilling larger quantities requires proper planning in the workshop's machine schedule.

Estimated Production Timeframes (for standard orders)
All dates provided are estimated (approximate), not guaranteed. The final lead time depends on the complexity of the project, the current workload of the machine park, and the order quantity.

DTF Printing – Standard

Medium Quantities (20 – 100 pcs)

3 – 7 business days

Typically standard printing and heat transfer time.

Large Quantities (up to 1,000 pcs)

Up to 2 weeks

For standard DTF print on the left chest or full front + back graphics (subject to production queue at the time of order).

Over 1,000 pcs

Individual Calculation

Production time and overall delivery schedule are determined based on inquiry.

Embroidery – Small Logo (5–7 cm)

Medium Quantities (20 – 100 pcs)

3 – 7 business days

Including pattern digitalization and test stitching.

Larger Quantities (up to 500 pcs)

2 – 3 weeks

Estimated time for a standard small logo 5–7 cm on the chest, sleeve, or nape.

Over 500 pcs

Individual Estimation

Production time and delivery schedule require an individual quote.

🧵 Influencing factors: complexity of the design, stitch density, and number of thread color changes (up to 8 colors within one project).

Non-Standard Projects

All orders exceeding standard parameters (e.g., non-standard marking placement, combining embroidery + DTF techniques, difficult materials, unusual formats, or additional finishing) are estimated and scheduled individually based on project specifications.

Important: What do the given deadlines include?

The stated timeframes refer only to the pure production time in our workshop (operating time of embroidery machines, printers, and heat presses) and are an estimated value. This time does not include:

  • Sourcing apparel from the manufacturer: time needed for delivery of selected textile models and sizes from external warehouses (typically 4 – 10 business days).
  • Courier delivery to the Client: time for courier or pallet shipment transport (1–2 business days).
  • File approval stage: waiting time for approval of the digital visualization or submitted test sample by the client.
