From Graphics to Needle: How to Turn Any Company Logo into Computer Embroidery
Can every logo be transformed into perfect embroidery?
In this recording, we challenged ourselves! We took a random hotel logo and showed the entire process behind the scenes – from technical file preparation (digitizing stitches) to the final work of a multi-needle embroidery machine. See how we handled micro-details and complex pattern geometry.
1. Stitch Digitization
We translate vector graphics into machine language: selecting appropriate needle penetration angles, satin stitch density, and stabilizing backings.
2. Fine Details and Lettering
We show how to handle letters smaller than 4–5 mm and sharp corners to ensure they remain perfectly legible and sharp after stitching.
3. Machine Operation and Final Result
We observe the live machine stitching process: thread tensioners at work, embroidery speed, and the final 3D raised effect on the fabric.
Do you have a complex logo and are wondering about embroidery?
Send us your graphic file — we will evaluate its embroidery potential free of charge, suggest the optimal size, and prepare a digital stitch simulation before production.
